- Expensive fines and fees
- License suspension
- Prison sentence
- Other court-ordered penalties
The main objective of a Chester County DUI defense lawyer is to minimize the negative consequences associated with your DUI arrest and help you secure the best possible outcome based on your situation.
Fighting For A Favorable Outcome
Many people who are arrested for intoxicated driving assume that their only legal option is to plead guilty to the charges and accept the consequences. However, this is not true. The truth is that other legal options often exist after a DUI arrest and can be much more favorable compared to simply pleading guilty. By working with a qualified DUI defense attorney you may be able to:
- Negotiate a favorable plea bargain
- Reduce your charges and penalties
- Enter the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) Program
- Become completely acquitted of the charges against you
However, in order to challenge your DUI arrest, you will need a highly qualified defense attorney on your side.
Choosing Your DUI Defense Attorney
The lawyer that you choose to represent you in a DUI case can have a major impact on your overall success in fighting your DUI arrest. While there are many DUI defense lawyers out there, only a few of those lawyers have the necessary experience and qualifications required to successfully represent your rights after a DUI arrest. You will need an experienced criminal defense lawyer who is willing to fight aggressively on your behalf in order to protect your legal rights.
